The music industry can feel overwhelming and uneven. Too many artists struggle to grow, too many venues can’t fill their rooms, and too many opportunities slip through the cracks. The Outpost Music Agency exists to change that — helping artists build careers, venues grow audiences, and brands connect authentically with music.

Who We Are

The Outpost Music Agency was founded by William Muir former Director of Marketing & Ticketing for Kitchener’s Centre In The Square, a music and entertainment strategist with over 20 years of experience spanning tours, festivals, venues, and global integrated campaigns. From grassroots gigs to international tours, Will has worked across every corner of the industry marketing albums, managing tours, optimizing venue operations, and building strategies that deliver measurable results.

At Outpost, we blend real-world experience with a straightforward, no-BS approach: we cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and create strategies that actually work for the long haul.
